What’s Changed?
During registration, password or account reset, employees will receive a One-Time Passcode (OTP) sent to the email address listed in their personnel record. This will need to be entered to successfully complete the process.
We’ve also enhanced security by:
- Strengthening password requirements.
- Adding a memorable word as part of the account reset process.
Didn’t Receive Your OTP? Try This:
- Check your junk/spam folder.
- Retry the registration process.
- Speak to your manager to confirm your email address and update it if needed (managers can find guidance on this here).

To help further enhance security, managers will now receive a notification in ‘My Inbox’ whenever an employee updates their personal details. This will ensure any changes are visible and verified.
