Annual leave quotas for the 2027/28 leave year are now available in ESS.
You can now view your annual leave entitlement and submit leave requests for the next leave year.
To view your quota, visit the 'My Leave Requests' tile in ESS. If your quota is calculated automatically, you can also select 'Quota Calculation Details' to see how your entitlement has been calculated.
Please note that a small number of annual leave quotas are entered manually and may not yet be visible in ESS while they are being processed. If your quota is not available, please speak to your line manager for further information.
