We’ve made a temporary change to how Employee Self Service (ESS) registration and reset works.
Until 15 December users will be unable to register for ESS or reset from a personal device. Access will be unavailable during this period and you will see a message which includes a link enabling you to contact us via webchat. If you need support to undertake an urgent action in ESS you can use the webchat link to reach our teams.
This temporary measure is part of our ongoing efforts to ensure we have the strongest possible security for the system and your data.
