Are you experiencing a 401 error?

Following the recent system upgrade, a small number of users have encountered a ‘401 not authorised’ error when accessing some apps on the IBC Portal. This is a known IT issue, and our technical teams are actively working on a resolution.

Recommended Troubleshooting Tips:

  • Many users have successfully resolved the issue by trying one or more of the following:
  • Close any extra tabs and ensure only one tab is open for the Shared Services Portal.
  • Fully close all browser windows and then reopen your browser.
  • Try accessing the portal using a different browser.
  • Restart your device.
  • Clear your browser cache.

You don’t need to follow these in order, any of them might help depending on your setup.
