As previously communicated, the IBC systems will be unavailable for one week starting 6pm on 24 September. You will still be paid on time as usual.

Our high-performing payroll team delivers consistently every month, and the upcoming system downtime and move to S/4HANA will not affect your pay. You can rest assured: you will be paid as normal.

We’ve worked hard to ensure that the pay award for colleagues on EHCC and Green Book terms and conditions is included in September’s pay. If on review of your payslip anything appears incorrect, speak to your manager and raise an enquiry immediately.

Important: Emergency payments will not be possible during the system downtime, so it’s essential to act quickly if something needs attention.
