Changes to My Enquiry Options

From today, 8 October, you will see new options have been added to the “My Enquiry” drop down list, which help ensure your enquiry reaches the right team, first time

IBC Portal Access

There are several new options available in the pick list relating to IBC Portal Access including:

  • Advanced Access - Finance and Procurement
  • Advanced Access - HR and Payroll
  • Cost Centre Group Access
  • Petty Cash Access
  • Request Standing Order Portal Access

IBC portal access for new and existing members of your team should be requested via the ‘Request IBC Portal Access’ app in your IBC portal. However, if you still have a query regarding IBC portal access please raise an enquiry using the new options listed above. 

It is important to remember that there is an existing process in place for you to report any IT issues, please contact your local IT Helpdesk in the first instance.

When should I contact my IT Service Desk?

  • To request standard or advanced IBC portal access for a new or existing member of your team
  • If you have a query regarding IBC Portal Access . Eg. Standard portal role or advanced access portal role
  • If you are experiencing connectivity issues with ESS, IBC Portal or LMS.



Common connectivity issues include receiving a blue page with a purple flower, or the IBC portal app disappearing from your IBC homepage. Should you experience either of these issues then please contact your local IT Service Desk in the first instance.

My Employment / Salary

One other change to the top-level selection on the enquiry form is an amended option which now says, “My Employment / Salary”. Should you have an enquiry relating to your pay then please select this option.
