Scheduled downtime for IBC and ESS

Due to a Windows operating system and hardware upgrade, users of ESS and the IBC Portal will be unable to access theses services between 6pm on Friday 18 November and 11pm on Sunday 20 November. The Learning Zone and Recruitment will be unaffected during this time.
