Changes are being made to the help and guidance pages on the Shared Service (IBC) portal to improve their readability and the search function. Currently over 50 pages have been refreshed with updated content and design, making it easier to self-serve and find what you need.
Over the coming weeks and months you will see further enhancements rolled out on the Recruitment, P-card and Payslip pages. These improvements will include additional screenshots, videos and updated designs.
