In a special collaboration between Hampshire County Council and local NHS partners, the Clarence Unit at Woodcot Lodge, offers temporary support to patients leaving Queen Alexandra Hospital. A team of dedicated care staff, nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists work with patients to plan their rehabilitation, recovery and onward care arrangements. We run Nursing, Residential and Respite Homes plus Day Services throughout Hampshire. Our Homes have parking and good access to public transport networks. Our Day Services are in the heart of our communities. They often share buildings with other providers, such as community centres or libraries.
